Guillaume Nottin

Guillaume Nottin, ACM Advisory’s manager, is first qualified as Building Engineer (ESTP, Paris 1994). Specialist in the preparation and handling of claims in the sectors of construction and real estate, he has 17 years of experience in the building sector, of which 5 were spent with BOUYGUES. He was a technical salesman negotiating contracts.

He prepares, negotiates and gives advice on the claims of contractors and public clients, for example: public hospital complexes, public works (project underground, road construction, tramways…). He has also had the opportunity to work in an international context working for an English Palace Owner Group and for European Construction Groups :

•Hydraulic works as pipe and dam,

•Motorways and tramways,

•Wastewater or water desalination treatment plants.

He has acquired a solid practice of negotiation in construction disputes between owners / contractors / subcontractors in all types of contractual contexts (joint venture, private or public works, design and build engineering …).
