Since October 2011, ACM Advisory offer an external expertise for contract management specialized construction. It operates on public and private contracts in France and abroad. As an independent firm, it is a member of the cabinet of the French Institute of Audit and Internal Control (IFACI). Recognized sectoral expertise: in France and internationally, in public or private markets, for players in the act of building (General Contractors / Subcontractors, Temporary Groups / JV, Engineering / Masters of ‘works, Promoters / Project owners), with operational staff, operators, project managers; but also in collaboration with internal or external services (Financial service, lawyers, advisers, auditors).

As a sectoral expert in private construction and public works, our firm offer advice and assistance in contract management. As certified organism (11 92 18909 92), we animate training sessions for more than 12 years, for project director, works manager, CEO in building industry, civil works, engineering… We offer an independent external opinion or we can draw up, through a team work with our customers, claims for any party who looks for putting forward its rights in the project. We can intervene during invitation to tender, project execution or after the handing over, as soon as risk can be identify or a dispute emerge.
